Behind the Business - Workshop with Calum Moore

Join for a workshop with Speaking Coach Calum Moore. We've all felt it: the moment before you have to pitch, present, or speak up in a room that matters, when the nerves take over and the message you know inside and out suddenly won't come out right. Join us for Behind the Business: Finding Your Voice, a workshop with speaking coach and former theatre director Calum Moore, designed to help you share your value with real confidence. Calum has spent the past two years helping around 400 professionals get more comfortable putting themselves and their ideas forward, from corporate teams like the Scotch Whisky Association to speakers at Focus on Founders Live and the Scottish Marketing Summit. His approach is simple but effective: identify what's really holding you back, then build the reps to face it head-on. This isn't a lecture on public speaking theory. It's a practical, supportive session designed to help you leave more comfortable in your own voice, whether that's pitching to a client, speaking at an event, or simply being heard in a room. What to expect • Explore what's really holding you back when it comes to speaking up. • Learn Calum's approach to building speaking confidence through meaningful practice. • Take part in exercises designed to challenge (and stretch) your comfort zone. • Hear from fellow business owners navigating the same nerves. • Leave with practical tools and renewed confidence in sharing your value. Tickets This is a Pay What You Can event, thanks to support from Fife Business Gateway. Contribute whatever feels comfortable, everyone is welcome. Tea and coffee provided.
