Birding for beginners: winter wildfowl

Join us for a wander along the Heritage Trail to RSPB Loch Leven. We will be looking at winter wildfowl and other birds, and general wildlife. There are a number of hides where we should get good views of the loch. Meet at Findatie Car Park, Loch Leven, Kinross, KY13 9LY. (Grid Reference NT170799212 What3Words ///gullible.brick.configure.) The tracks are well made but can be muddy. Waterproof footwear and clothing advised. If time allows we may venture up the hill, otherwise the paths are mostly on the level. Children welcome but must be with an adult. Dogs may need to be on short leads. Nearest toilets and refreshments at car park and RSPB Visitor Centre. Bring binoculars and telescopes if you have them. Suggested donation: £4 per person (you can donate when you book, or in person on the day).
