boom saloon x A&DS: Design Dial In

boom saloon led, we will discuss architecture as direct action, and what the built environment can do outside institutional frameworks. As part of boom saloon x A&DS, Calling boom saloon invites you to Finlay’s Design Dial-In, an afternoon exploring architecture as direct action. What can the built environment do when it moves, adapts and organises itself outside institutional frameworks? This session looks at how people, projects and practices are shaping places without waiting for permission, and what that means for the way we design, build and take part in our cities. Guest speakers to be announced! Free for boom saloon members. General admission £10 for non-members. Presented by boom saloon in collaboration with A&DS.
