Drawing Scotland’s Birds

Explore drawing Scotland’s wild birds using sketching, watercolour, pencils and ink. A relaxed, creative workshop for all skill levels. Drawing Scotland’s Birds Spend the day immersed in the shapes, colours and character of Scotland’s wild birds. You will learn how to draw birds from simple forms and shapes, add depth and texture and bring life and movement into your work with expressive lines. We will explore birds through sketches, watercolour, pencils and ink. You will develop a final piece of artwork inspired by your chosen bird. A calm, creative day led by Eilidh Maine. Suitable for beginners and experienced artists alike. All materials are provided. Students are welcome to bring a packed lunch for the short lunch break. Alternatively there are excellent local shops and cafes close by.
