Whether you are looking to connect with your inner self, explore ancestral energy, experience spiritual practices or simply enjoy a beautiful evening in a welcoming space, you are invited to join us. ✨ The Evening 4:00pm – 5:30pm | Ancestry Breathwork with David A 90 minute guided ancestry breath work experience, creating space to breathe, release and explore your connection to those who came before you. 5:45pm – 6:30pm | Sound Bath & Spirit Drumming with Melissa Immerse yourself in the vibrations of sound and rhythm. A 45-minute journey designed to encourage relaxation, grounding and energetic connection. 6:45pm – 7:45pm | Mediumship with Lois An hour of mediumship spiritual connection and open circle with Lois, offering a space to explore messages and connections from our ancestors. 8:00pm – 8:30pm | Meditation with Natalia A 30-minute guided meditation to settle the mind, ground your energy and bring the evening's experiences together. 8:30pm – 9:00pm | Bake sale, Drinks & Connect Finish the evening with something sweet to eat, refreshments and time to connect. Bring money for some delicious sweet treats.
