FRIDAY FREQUENCY SOAK

An alternative way to switch off at the end of your working week! Lay back and unwind while Nikki bathes you in the therapeutic vibrations of himalayan bowls, quartz bowls, chimes and rhythmic percussion . Nikki trained with The British Academy of Sound Therapy and follows a method of sound therapy that has been proven to relax the body and soothe the mind. She aims to induce dream like states, to sleep while awake, to nourish the nervous system and slow down the brain. The basment studio space in East Side Yoga is beautifully resonant, particpants will feel truly soaked and held in a depth of healing frequency. Start the weekend reset and rejuvenated! Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets wlll be provided. Please wear comfortable clothes and if you are unable to lie on the floor please let me know and i will provide an alternative. Some nourishing refreshments will be offered at the end with some time for chats and integration, if you wish. Please be aware that this session is held in a space that requires you to go down some stairs.
