Intuitive Embroidery - 4-week series Creative stitching for relaxation. In these relaxed stitching sessions, you’ll learn traditional embroidery techniques and invent your own while free-stitching without a pattern. The repetitive act of stitching can feel naturally meditative, inviting concentration and a sense of flow. This workshop offers a chance to step away from the busyness of everyday life and get absorbed in the creative process. Come along, slow down, and create a frameable piece of embroidery designed by you! No experience necessary. All essential materials are provided. Led by textile artist and art therapist Lucinda Walker
