Little Ireland Meitheal ~ Ceardlanna is Comhluadar

A creative gathering with lunch, deep listening, hands-on making and songs while planning for our first-ever ARTS & CULTURE DAY. Bígí linn! Little Ireland Community Gatherings have become a much-loved part of our calendar. This October, we have a unique task that calls for a true MEITHEAL: to plan for our first-ever LIAC ARTS & CULTURE DAY Day (Saturday 5th Dec 2026). Join us for bia, comhrá, comh-éisteacht agus ealaíon - for food, conversation, listening deeply and some hands-on artistic, literary and musical activities to get our creative heads in gear! Táimid ag tnúth go mór le cúpla uair a chaitheamh le chéile! We look forward to sharing a few hours in your company! "Ireland and Scotland are bound by strong ties of friendship, culture and language" said an tUachtarán Catherine Connolly on her recent visit to Scotland. We will lean into those rich Gaelic connections as our ideas take shape for the Culture Day.
