Longer Ago Bereaved Parents Community Gathering - Edinburgh

About The Event: As part of Baby Loss Awareness Week, we want to make sure we remember and acknowledge those who lost a baby or young child many years ago. We know that, even as life moves on, the loss of a baby or child is something you carry with you. There can be times when memories, anniversaries or certain moments bring those feelings back and sometimes it’s just lovely to sit with people who get it, without having to explain. So, we’re having a wee get together for those who have been bereaved longer ago. Wednesday 7th October 1pm–3pm Held In Our Hearts, Craiglockhart Family Centre Our service leads, Heather and Gemma, will be there for a cuppa, a blether and some time together. There’s no expectation to share your story. Just a safe, relaxed space to come along, meet others and remember your wee one. Whether your loss was 5 years ago, 20 years ago or even longer, you are very welcome. If you would like more information please email [email protected]
