Lorna Reid [Vocal Jazz / Original Music]

Following her sellout Fringe show this year Lorna joins us for an evening of standards and original compositions featuring an all star band. International touring includes recent invitations to RochesterNY International Jazz Festival, a tour of Germany with gypsy jazz guitarist, Lulo Reinhardt and regular appearances at London music hot spots, Lorna has enjoyed co-writes with leading writers including Boo Hewerdine ("The Patience of Angels"), Nashville' writer Darden Smith, leading Scottish composer/guitarist Neil Warden, London musician and acclaimed journalist David Sinclair and Glasgow's 'dust-bowl-blues' singer songwriter, John Alexander. “Sultry jazz and blues in her slick vocal style” Time Out London “The Lorna Reid Jazz Quintet could have played all-night and held the audience enthralled. Lorna's range of voice and the exceptional talent of her quartet combined perfectly to make for a memorable evening's entertainment. Lorna's professional and intimate presentation of the greats of 20th century jazz divas was a tour de force”
