Morning Mindful Movement Meditation • Feldenkrais • Yoga Whether you already have a physical practice or are looking to establish one, this morning class offers an opportunity to explore the connection between mind, body and breath. Drawing on meditation, the Feldenkrais Method and yoga, we’ll explore how these practices complement one another to support a deeper, more mindful physical practice. Through gentle movement and embodied awareness, the class invites you to develop greater ease, presence and connection — whether you’re new to these practices or already have an established yoga or movement practice.
