Pregnancy Yoga & Sound Bath

We'll begin with 50 minutes of pregnancy-friendly yoga, combining gentle movement, mobility, stretching, breathwork and relaxation. The practice is designed to support your changing body, ease common pregnancy aches and stiffness, and help you feel more comfortable, grounded and connected throughout your pregnancy. Whether you're new to yoga or have an established practice, the class is suitable for all levels and can be adapted to your stage of pregnancy and individual needs. We'll then settle into a deeply relaxing 20-minute sound bath, allowing you to simply rest and receive. You'll be immersed in the soothing sounds of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes and more. You may leave feeling calmer, more relaxed and more connected to yourself and your baby — with a little space to simply pause and breathe.
