Restorative Revolution

Angie Garton and Linda McCann invite you to this gentle multi-sensory experience, to bring balance and calm to body and mind Are you feeling disconnected, stressed, anxious or just overwhelmed with the demands of modern life? This event is all about you! Come along and experience a welcoming, supportive environment to nurture and nourish genuine heart-centred warmth towards yourself. Restorative Revolution is a two hour immersive experience that brings together fully supported relaxation, gentle fascial release, therapeutic sound bathing and carefully selected natural scents. Designed to help you step away from the fast pace of life, the session is carefully designed to leave you feeling calmer, lighter and more attuned to yourself. • Gentle movement: Led by Linda McCann, you will be guided through a series of comfortable, fully supported restorative positions using bolsters/blankets/cushions. By gently laying her hands on areas of tension e.g. shoulders, Linda will invite the fascia (interconnective tissue) to soften and let go of tightness. There is no stretching or striving and no previous experience is necessary. The majority of the session is spent lying down. • Sound Bathing: Tranquil sounds from Himalayan and Crystal singing bowls with therapeutic percussion will provide a serene and seamless soundtrack. Angie Garton has worked closely with Linda to develop a unique and gentle sound bathing experience to complement and enhance the whole experience. What to bring: Please wear comfortable clothing for lying down. We will provide mats, blankets, bolsters, cushions (the majority of this session is lying down). You are welcome to bring your own mat if preferred. We invite you to join us for light refreshments at the end (also provided). This session is not suitable for those who: are unable to get down to the floor unassisted, or if you experience frequent seizures, or have a pacemaker, or are under 16 years old.
