Slow Yoga Flow with Cello

Unwind and stretch out with extended yoga flow followed by a sound journey with live cello. Join us in person for Slow Flow with Cello—a gentle, yin/yang inspired yoga flow followed by a guided sound meditation accompanied with live cello. Take a breath, move at your own pace, unwind and enjoy a moment of calm. Guided by Stephen of Happy Trees Yoga this is a chance for you to take time for yourself. This nourishing practice will begin with a short grounding meditation to help you settle into the present moment and leave the busyness of the day behind. From there, we will move through a gentle yoga flow designed to release tension, connect with the breath, and prepare the body for stillness. The practice will gradually transition into longer-held yin inspired postures, giving you time and space to soften, unwind, and cultivate introspection in stillness. We will then conclude with an extended guided relaxation, accompanied by the resonant tones of a live cello. As you rest comfortably, allow the tones and vibrations to wash over you, encouraging deep relaxation, calm, and restoration for both body and mind.
