The Art of Mending - 4-week series Bring your worn and torn garments and learn to repair them in this relaxed 4-week series covering a range of techniques for visibly mending clothing by hand. No experience necessary, Just bring curiosity and willing hands. All essential patching materials are provided, but please bring your worn or torn textiles to mend. If you have nothing to repair, we will provide fabric to practise with. If you’d like, you may bring fabric scraps, buttons, thread, and a thimble if you already have them. We value sustainability. Please do not buy anything new for this workshop. Led by textile artist and art therapist Lucinda Walker.
