The Dark Half: A Seasonal Yin & Reiki Mini Retreat

Yin + Reiki mini retreat exploring darkness, instinct and intuition as seasons shift. With meditation, Reiki, spiced chai, dark chocolate. As the afternoon light fades outside the studio, The Dark Half explores darkness as a place of instinct and intuition. Through a long Yin practice and meditation, we'll turn our attention inward and spend time with what we sense before we can necessarily explain it. Reiki will be offered individually throughout the practice, with optional grounding oils and music curated around the afternoon's theme. We'll close with a long savasana as the studio moves into darkness, honouring the shift in season and the darker half of the year. Afterwards, we'll share spiced chai and dark chocolate together. Sunday 8 & 15 November · 3–5.30pm Surya Yoga Studio · Romanno Bridge £30 Book directly to avoid fees: www.suryayogastudio.co.uk
