About this event
Come and try out kayaking, canoeing or a stand-up paddle board. New and returning paddlers are welcome. Our coaches will be on hand to help you get an idea of what paddling is all about. They will help you have a safe and fun introduction to canoes/kayaks/paddleboards and let you know about the activities at Forth Canoe Club.

This club "open night" lasts for 2 hours and will give you a chance to try canoe, kayak or paddleboard in a relaxed environment. See the FAQs for directions to the club, what to bring and more. Who is this event for? This session is suitable for complete beginners as well as anyone who has paddled before and want to get back into watersport activities. Kids 8-15 years of age may attend if accompanied by an adult. Location Open sessions run from our boathouse, situated on the bank of the Union Canal at the southern end of Harrison Road. The nearest Postcode is Polwarth Church - EH11 1LU.
