Sherien will take us through some of the science behind breathing, including how the way we breathe can influence our nervous system, stress response and how we feel. She will then guide us through a breath practice you can experience for yourself. As we move further into autumn, we’ll also explore the idea of creating a little more space. Space to pause. Space to breathe. Space to notice what’s taking up your energy. And perhaps space to let go of something you don’t need to carry into the rest of the year.
