Reconnect with yourself. Relax your body. Quiet your mind. Simply be. Join us for a deeply relaxing evening of sound, stillness and connection, guided by the gentle vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls and other soothing sounds. This workshop is an invitation to step away from the busyness of December and create a little space for yourself a chance to breathe, slow down and reconnect before the Christmas holidays truly begin. What to expect We’ll begin with a gentle grounding practice to help you arrive fully in the space. You’ll then be guided into a deeply restorative Tibetan bowl sound bath, allowing the tones and vibrations to wash over you while you rest comfortably. The session will include: • A gentle arrival and grounding meditation • Breathwork to release tension and settle the nervous system • Intention-setting for the month ahead • A relaxing Tibetan singing bowl sound bath • A gentle closing ritual and opportunity to reconnect with yourself No previous experience with meditation or sound baths is needed. Simply bring yourself, wear comfortable clothing Includes a eye mask December can be a beautiful time of year, but it can also bring pressure, expectations and endless things to do. This evening is about choosing a different pace. Just you, the sound of the bowls, your breath, and a little space to come back to yourself. You may leave feeling… More grounded. More relaxed. More present. More connected to yourself. And perhaps a little more ready to enter the festive season with intention rather than overwhelm. Bring: comfortable clothes, a yoga mat( we also have some available), blanket, pillow and anything else that helps you feel cosy and supported. Give yourself the gift of a pause before Christmas.
