Full description from organizerShow less
Beginner classes are for individuals who are relatively or completely new to pole fitness. These classes work on basic moves and combinations. This week we are running a men's only beginners class for Movember to raise awareness for men's health issues. What to wear: • Pole is easier with some skin exposed for grip. • Wear what feels comfortable – we recommend shorts and a tank top. Class rules: • Arrive on time so you don’t miss the warm-up – if you miss it, you won’t be able to take part. • Avoid moisturising, shaving, or fake tanning 24 hours before class. • Remove jewellery during class (exceptions for religious reasons). Check our instagram for more info and how to find us! We look forward to seeing you soon, love UEPF! Xx
