Beginners Beginner classes are for individuals who are relatively or completely new to pole fitness. These classes work on basic moves and combinations. What to wear: • Pole is easier with some skin exposed for grip. • Wear what feels comfortable – we recommend shorts and a tank top. Class rules: • Arrive on time so you don’t miss the warm-up – if you miss it, you won’t be able to take part. • Avoid moisturising, shaving, or fake tanning 24 hours before class. • Remove jewellery during class (exceptions for religious reasons).
