If you are struggling after a difficult join us for a safe space to share experiences, find support, and connect with others who understand. Facilitated by Tess, an experienced midwife with over 25 years of experience, this support group provides a safe, understanding, and non-judgemental space for women to share their experiences, process their emotions and begin their healing journey. This space will allow you to be heard and validated by others who truly understand. There is no pressure to share; simply come as you are. These sessions have been made possible through funding from the National Lottery, allowing us to offer this space free of charge to the community.
