Cycle/E-bike Confidence Building Workshop - Torbay Hospital

Always wanted to try an e-bike? Got a bike or e-bike and need a bit of extra confidence and skills to get out there? Join us for a cycle or e-bike confidence workshop. Either come on your own bike or try an e-bike or cycle with us! Whether you have been riding for a while, never ridden on a road or just want a little skills tune-up, this session is for you. Our friendly instructors will check that you are safe and comfortable on our bikes/e-bikes or your own before helping you practice a few basic skills. Once everyone is happy, we will do a short, fun ride as a group to help everyone to feel better about riding. You are welcome to book as many of these sessions as you like. We want to help you experience the joy of cycling, but understand that it can take some time and practice! We advise booking early, especially to borrow an e-bike/cycle, as these will be very popular! Cycles must be fit to ride, and E-bikes must be UK legal EPAC's. Speak to us if you have any doubts.
