Dart Beat

A day of African rhythm & dance to strengthen community and lift our spirits Dart Beat is a space to collectively honour our resilience, tend to our well-being, nourish our bodies and open our hearts Bringing together our signature collaboration of movement, dance, drums, percussion and song, we'll bring the balm of community to these strange days through a creative exploration of intelligent rhythmic traditions from west Africa. These traditions know how to re-connect us to our vitality and our joy as a potent route to profound well-being as we come together as tribe. All welcome. No previous experience required We really encourage everyone to go at their own pace and listen to their bodies so nothing is pushed, and we can all find our natural rhythm.
