Each session is a bespoke sound journey, intuitively shaped around you both, your intentions and what-ever you may be ready to explore. We create the experience together using quartz crystal bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, wind gong, drum and sacred sounds to create layers of vibration, resonance and rhythm. This is more than a conventional sound bath You might both come with a particular intention - something you would like to release, understand or move through. Or perhaps you simply feel called to pause, listen and become self-aware.
