Want to create more joy in your life? This is a space for you! A space to put down some of the crap we carry, stop worrying about what everyone thinks and just let ourselves BE. If you’re feeling stressed, tense and overworked, this is the place for you. We’ll drum, dance, laugh, make noise and move our bodies. We’ll have a little sacred joy ritual, create something to take home and make space for more joy, silliness and connection. Yummy treats and tea to share. No pressure to have your shit together. Just come as you are.
