Improvers classes are for those who are comfortable with our beginners syllabus. These classes build on the basics and explore new moves to develop strength, control and flow. What to wear: • Pole is easier with some skin exposed for grip. • Wear what feels comfortable – we recommend shorts and a tank top. Class rules : • Arrive on time so you don’t miss the warm-up – if you miss it, you won’t be able to take part. • Avoid moisturising, shaving, or fake tanning 24 hours before class. • Remove jewellery during class (exceptions for religious reasons).
