Take a pause in the middle of your week with a relaxing lunchtime soundbath. Simply come along, lie down, and let the sounds wash over you. A chance to pause, switch off and give yourself an hour of space in the middle of the week. My weekly Lunchtime Reset soundbath is a simple, relaxed session where you can come along, get comfortable, lie down and let the sounds do the rest. There’s nothing you need to learn or achieve, and no expectation to sit still for the full hour — you’re welcome to stay for as little or as long as feels right for you. Sound can be a lovely way to step out of the busyness of the day, settle the nervous system and create a little breathing space before you return to whatever comes next. The sessions are deliberately informal and accessible. Come as you are, bring whatever you need to get comfortable, and simply take some time for yourself. Every week at my Southernhay clinic.
