Sensory Friendly Beginners (Thursday 10:30-11:30)

Beginner classes are for individuals who are relatively or completely new to pole fitness. These classes work on basic moves and combinations. Sensory Friendly classes are for individuals who benefit from a quieter, calmer learning environment. These classes have a few adaptations: Fewer attendees; No background music (if preferred); Optional use of the silicone pole; No/reduced artificial lighting. These classes cover the same syllabus as our standard classes. What to wear: • Pole is easier with some skin exposed for grip. • Wear what feels comfortable – we recommend shorts and a tank top. Class rules: • Arrive on time so you don’t miss the warm-up – if you miss it, you won’t be able to take part. • Avoid moisturising, shaving, or fake tanning 24 hours before class. • Remove jewellery during class (exceptions for religious reasons).
