Held in a beautiful, fairy-lit yurt, this 90-minute session is an opportunity to lie down, get comfortable and simply receive. You’ll be immersed in the sound and vibration of gongs, singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments, creating space for the body and mind to slow down and settle. No experience is needed and there is nothing you need to do. You’ll be lying comfortably throughout, surrounded by blankets, cushions and the warmth of the yurt while the sounds unfold around you. A choice of comfort options is provided. Settle onto an extra-thick yoga mat with a sheepskin throw and plenty of blankets, choose one of the luxury air beds, or experience one of two crystal infrared heat mats set over memory foam cushioning. All options are included at the same price and can be selected when booking. Sound baths can offer a wonderful pause from the constant stimulation of modern life, supporting deep rest and a sense of calm and spaciousness. Three Sound Bath sessions are held each month, on the first, second and third Friday, and are suitable for complete beginners as well as those who already enjoy meditation, yoga, sound therapy or other restorative practices.
