Maybe you're just curious. Either way, are you ready to put down whatever you've been carrying, even for an hour? Slow, steady sound gives your body something to follow. Breathing slows. Muscles soften. Your nervous system gets the message that it's safe to stand down. That's what a sound journey is for. You lie down. I play the bowls, the drum and the bells. The sound does the work, so you don't have to. If you cry, that's welcome. If you drift off to sleep, that's welcome. If you feel nothing at all, that's welcome too. No experience needed.
