Come and join Radiant Mama for a day of support, connection and relaxation for pregnant women ✨ Radiant Mama Community Day Retreat for Pregnant Women ✨ Kind note: this is a sliding-scale donation-based event. Please read all options at the bottom of this page to choose the donation level that genuinely fits your circumstances. A day to pause, connect and make space for your pregnancy and transition into motherhood. Pregnancy can be a time of excitement and anticipation, but also of great change and challenges. This gentle day retreat offers a chance to step away from everyday life and spend time with other pregnant women - slowing down, listening in and exploring the journey you are making towards motherhood. 🌿 What the day includes • Gentle pregnancy yoga • An introduction to self-Havening - a simple tool for calming and settling the nervous system • Spacious Lunch time to meet and share with other pregnant women • The Matrescence Story - a guided exploration of the journey into motherhood You don't need any previous experience of yoga, Havening or groups. Simply come as you are. A day for you, in the midst of everything that is changing. 🍽 Lunch Jacket potatoes & green leaves will be provided. Please bring your own toppings and anything you’d love to share. 🧘‍♀️ What to bring • We have limited supply of yoga mats.
