Talk for a change. Make a difference. Join KW Fitness this Movember for a community run in support of Andy’s Man Club, raising awareness of men’s mental health and helping to break the stigma surrounding talking about how we feel. Whether you’re a regular runner, a gym goer or simply want to support a brilliant cause, everyone is welcome! This event is about bringing people together, starting conversations and reminding men that they don’t have to struggle alone. 🏃‍♂️ What’s happening? • The Movember Man Run: Get together with the KW Fitness community for a run in support of men’s mental health. • Andy’s Man Club: We’ll be joined by a representative from Andy’s Man Club, who will be there to spread awareness, share information about the charity and highlight the importance of opening up and talking. • Pizza by Wheels of Fire Pizza: Refuel after the run with some delicious pizza, included in your ticket. • A drink on us: Enjoy a beer or soft drink after the run. • Best Tash Competition: Grow it, draw it or get creative... there’ll be a prize for the best moustache! • Good people, good conversations: Stick around afterwards, enjoy some food and a drink, and connect with the community. • 🖤 Supporting Andy’s Man Club Andy’s Man Club is a men’s suicide prevention charity offering free peer-to-peer support groups across the UK and online. We want to help break down the stigma surrounding men’s mental health, encourage open conversations and remind everyone that it’s OK to talk. Having a representative with us will give attendees the opportunity to learn more about the charity, the support available and how we can all help make a difference. 🎟️ Tickets – £8 per person Your ticket includes: • Entry to the Movember Man Run • Delicious pizza from Wheels of Fire Pizza • One beer or soft drink • Entry into our Best Tash competition • The chance to support an important cause Every ticket helps us raise money and awareness for men’s mental health. All proceeds from the event will go to Andy’s Man Club. 🥸 Get involved! Grab your mates, get your moustaches ready and join KW Fitness for a day of running, pizza, laughs and an important cause. You don’t need to be a serious runner... just bring your trainers, your tash and a willingness to get involved. Run together. Talk together. Make a difference together. It’s OK to talk. No man needs to face things alone.
