This experience is designed for curious, values-led professionals, founders, business owners and those wanting to transition from employment to self-employment, with an interest in personal development and wellbeing. The Theme The event will have a mystery theme and will only be revealed in the room, As humans we naturally go through things in our mind, anticipate, over prepare, plan outcomes that effectively keep us in our comfort zones. Having the theme revealed on the day eliminates that predictable loop. There’s an element of stepping out of your comfort zone. Trusting the process and yourself, going with the flow of the semi-structured afternoon, is where self-reflection, discussion and exploration increases self-awareness, encourages different perceptions and creates the potential for change. How the afternoon works: Three areas we’ll explore together: 🟣Personal Development: A conversational, interactive, thought provoking and reflective session. We’ll explore identity and behavioural patterns, how they show up and play out both personally and professionally. 🟣Wellbeing: An opportunity for calm, quiet reflection and anchoring the theme of the afternoon. 🟣Networking: Interactive time to get to know one another organically.
