Sam Shields & The Regiment + A.j. Potter

Sam Shields is a singer-songwriter from Northumberland. In the past couple of years he has performed at an array of venues across the North East and beyond - most notably opening for Frank Turner at NX in April 2025 and opening for Ashley Campbell in November 2025. Last year’s EP ‘Farewell & Godspeed’ was described by Narc magazine as ‘Sincere and unpretentious, it’s a troubadour holding his songs to the light, letting you see straight through them.’ To mark the release of his new EP ‘The Night of the Fire’ he has reassembled his group The Regiment for a short run of dates across the North in October and November. Special guests for the evening are Mills & Farrell “Natural blending of voices, full of casual charm” — AMERICANA UK “Twin guitars and twin vocal harmonies beautifully synchronised” — FOLK LONDON ““Wonderful collective talent…a perfect partnership in music”” — FATEA Magazine
