Mindful Alcohol Ink Art Christmas Workshop

Slow down your busy mind and connect with the present moment through the soothing, fluid art of alcohol inks. No art experience needed—just Creating alcohol ink art is a mindful practice of letting go and being present. As you drop vibrant inks onto paper, you'll watch them swirl, blend, and transform into mesmerising, unpredictable patterns. By simply focusing on the movement of the colours and the organic flow of the ink, your mind naturally slows down, stress melts away, and a feeling of deep calm takes over. There are no mistakes in alcohol ink art—only happy discoveries! This workshop is not about creating a "perfect" piece of art; it’s about enjoying the gentle process of creation and being completely present in the moment. What You Will Experience: • Mindful breathing: A short, grounding breathing exercise to settle into the present moment. • Guided Technique & Play: Learn the basic techniques of working with alcohol inks and tools. • Meditative Creation: Enjoy peaceful painting time where you can experiment freely with colours and movement. • Take-Home Art: Create your own unique abstract artwork to take home as a beautiful reminder of your calm mind. You don't need to control the ink; you just need to follow its flow. · Alcohol inks are alcohol-based and have a slight scent. If you are particularly sensitive to smells, please feel free to bring a light mask. · Accessibility Notice: The venue is located on an upper floor and, unfortunately, is not wheelchair accessible.
