Women's Heart Circle.

Take time away from the schedule to connect with women in the circle. A sacred space to connect, nourish, support and replenish. • I invite you to join me for our final Women's Circle of the year, a sacred and nurturing afternoon of connection, sharing, and heart-centred practices. This is a safe and supportive space for women and those who identify as female to come together, share their voices, and reconnect with their hearts. Guided by Donna Borokinni of Anahata Yoga Glasgow, we will journey through gentle Anahata yoga practices to help shift stagnant energy and open space for greater connection, compassion, and self-care. The afternoon will include breathwork, movement, and sound healing, offering an opportunity to slow down, listen deeply, and return to yourself. There will also be time for reflection, journalling, and meaningful connection with the women in the circle. Donna brings over 20 years of yoga experience, blending Vinyasa, Anahata, Embodied Yin, and Restorative Yoga with meditation and sound healing. Her classes are thoughtfully crafted to guide you home to yourself and back to your heart.
