Workplace+ Connect is the ultimate in-person hangout to spark ideas and boost your work vibes! Workplace+ Connect is a new Glasgow event, brought to you by Your D+I, bringing together business owners, managers, People and HR professionals, EDI practitioners and anyone responsible for creating a better workplace. Each event will include: • Important EDI and workplace updates • A practical 30–45-minute talk or workshop • Straightforward tools and actions • Relaxed, accessible networking • No corporate bullsh*t and no awkward forced icebreakers Our first event takes place just ten days before important workplace harassment changes come into force. We’ll explore what “all reasonable steps” could mean in practice, third-party harassment, the questions employers should be asking and what organisations can do now to prepare. You don’t need to work in HR or EDI. You simply need to care about creating a workplace where people are treated properly and managers aren’t left googling what to do when something goes wrong.
