Give your child the opportunity to slow down, breathe and discover simple meditation techniques they can use every day. These relaxed, engaging sessions are designed to help children (and parents) develop practical wellbeing skills in a fun and supportive environment. There is no pressure to sit perfectly still or "do it right". Every child is different, and they are free to take part in a way that feels comfortable for them. However, these sessions are best suited to children who do enjoy quiet time, it's not a space to run about. During the session we may explore: • Simple breathing exercises • Guided visualisations and storytelling • Gentle mindfulness activities • Movement and relaxation • Building confidence and emotional resilience Children are welcome to join in, observe or simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Who is it for? Children aged 5-12 years, accompanied by a parent, grandparent or another trusted adult. Qualified teacher, children's yoga and mindfulness teacher, Life Mapping Coach and Youth Mental Health First Aider.
