Alongside him, Lea from Cinco Jotas shares the story behind the products and what makes them so distinctive. Every course is matched with its own sherry, poured and explained by our team. A conversation between food and glass that runs from first bite to last. To finish, dessert is paired with Pedro Ximénez, a deliciously sweet sherry to top off the evening.
