Encouraging and equipping your church to share faith

A one-day workshop for incumbents and all with a passion for sharing faith with Rachel Jordan-Wolf, Stephen Walker Williams & Tom Darwent. This one-day workshop will be presented by Rachel Jordon-Wolf, Executive Director of Hope Together, Stephen Walker-Williams, Director of Amnos Ministries, and Tom Darwent, Rector of Ashtead. It is designed to help incumbents and all those with a passion for sharing faith to mobilise and equip your team and congregation to make the most of the current openness to faith, confidently sharing the gospel and inviting others to share in the life of your church. There will be presentations and discussion on a range of techniques effective during this season of spiritual openness for engaging people in conversations about faith, encouraging them to explore further and, when the opportunity arises, communicating the gospel in an engaging and effective way. We will also examine the roles of incumbents and other key leaders in driving cutural change, leading confidently in evangelism and ensuring that all church activities are outward looking and are working effectively to help new people to discover and grow in faith. We are very grateful to the team at Christ Church Woking for their generosity in hosting the event. There is a £10 charge to cover lunch and we are limited to 60 places.
