Gather & Ground - A Seasonal Autumn Workshop

A seasonal self-care workshop blending face yoga, gentle movement, creativity, and reflection to help you slow down and enter autumn. An intimate and deeply immersive autumn self-care workshop designed to help you reflect, gather, and gently prepare for the quieter season ahead. As we move out of summer and into the shift of the seasons, this is an invitation to slow down, take stock, and enter a more inward, pre-hibernation space. We begin with a gentle arrival; an introduction to the session, a seasonal check-in, and a moment to land and tune into the seasonal shift. We then move into a grounding face yoga ritual using a gentle facial oil suitable for sensitive skin; releasing accumulated tension, softening the body, and arriving fully into the present moment. The oil is offered as an optional support, and there is no obligation to use it. Face wipes and hand sanitiser will be available to ensure comfort and hygiene, as we will be working with our own hands. We recommend attending without makeup, if possible, to fully enjoy the practice. The journey continues with an intuitive collage practice; a space to reflect on the past months and gather what has grown, shifted, or come to fruition. What are you ready to carry forward, and what are you ready to release? Through images, textures, and symbols, you will explore your personal harvest while setting intentions for the colder months ahead; a time for rest, restoration, and inner nourishment. The session flows into mindful yoga, with a focus on gentle hip-opening and chest-opening movements, supporting release, emotional spaciousness, and integration. This is a space to root into the body, find steadiness, and prepare yourself for the quieter rhythm of the season to come. We’ll close with a circle, leaving you feeling centred, nourished, and gently prepared for the months ahead; with time for questions, sharing, and discussion.
