It’s a wine of First Growth quality but with a frank and humble look at Il Caggio’s Terroir and the true power of Tuscan winemaking when completely dialed to quality – with the estate only producing 5000 bottles per year, full stop. Join us at Petersham Nurseries on the 14th October for a menu handcrafted by our chefs, along with several vintages of the rare IPSUS – including a new surprise from the estate, never before tasted in the UK. This is a Landmark tasting of one of the greatest wines in Tuscany, at Petersham Nurseries in Richmond, where it’s focus on Nature and Terroir are mirrored by the setting and produce used in our bespoke menu. This experience will be led by Giovanni Mazzei of IPSUS and Tariq, our Head of Wine. This is not to be missed! My family's passion has always been about making emotive, complex fine wines. With IPSUS, I wanted to go beyond, and take the bounty of nature and our ancient expertise to create a pure and exquisite expression of Sangiovese that showcases the wondrous terroir of the region that I'm so proud to be a part of.
