Harrow Health Matters, a collaboration of local health professionals, invites men, and those who care about them, to an afternoon of expert talks, open discussion and practical guidance. Date: Sunday 22 November 2026 Time: 12pm – 5pm Venue: Harrow District Masonic Centre, Northwick Circle, Harrow HA3 0EL PROGRAMME Spinal Health and Chiropractic Care Posture, movement and alignment as part of a healthy, active life. Dr Lalit Sodha and team will be sharing expertise on preventing and managing spinal health and more. There will be hands on taster sessions too. Stress Less, Live Better – Practical Ways to Manage Stress and Anxiety In this practical and interactive talk, registered hypnotherapist Brian Jacobs will explain the difference between stress and anxiety, explore how our thoughts affect the way we feel, and share simple, effective strategies for managing everyday pressures. Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Encouraging open conversation about emotional wellbeing and how to access support. Joseph Mannah from Mind In Harrow will sharing information and guidance on the type of support availble and how to access it. Male Fertility A doctor from IVF London will explain factors afffecting male infertility. Explaining how easy it is to get home testing to check your fertility, find out possible causes and how to address them medically. Prostate Health Common concerns, prevention and the value of acting early. Movember ambassador, Elvin Box, will be sharing his lived experience of being diagnosed with prostate cancer and how he overcame it. How to get screened and where to get support if you need it.
