Gongs "Vento" 20" and "Ukrainian Heart " 36" – Deep, layered cosmic vibrations that support emotional release and transformation. Gong frequencies are known for their ability to “shake loose” stagnant energy and promote a feeling of renewal. The sound waves can encourage the body to soften tightness, improve relaxation of muscles, and support physical ease. Gong "Ukrainian Heart" 36 inch tuned to the heart chakra note F. In sound healing, the F note is primarily associated with the Heart Chakra (Anahata), the fourth energetic centre located at the centre of the chest. Most guests bring: a yoga mat or soft surface to lie on blankets and pillows for comfort and warmth, an eye mask or scarf (optional but recommended), a water bottle to stay hydrated. All tickets include a 60-minute guided sound journey designed to support deep rest, healing, and emotional release. Please arrive 10 minutes before the session begins. For everyone’s comfort and safety, the entrance door will be locked once the session starts, and late entry will not be possible. Safeguarding Summary Your safety and wellbeing are our priority.
