60 minutes of meditative sounds in a beautiful garden studio setting. Let the healing vibrations attune you to your natural rhythm. Hi, I'm Hannah! I'm a fully qualified sound practitioner and I'll be holding an intimate sound bath at the garden studio in Ealing. During the session participants can expect to hear sounds from a range of instruments including Crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, Gongs, Hand Drums, Chimes & more! The studio has everything you will need to participate however if you would prefer to bring your own yoga matt and blanket feel free. What to Wear You will be lying or sitting still for 60 minutes so whatever you feel comfy in!
