The Art of Frankincense

Blend your own frankincense, sip Somali tea and matcha, and connect with women in your community at Hablo Studio. 15 spaces only. Step into a warm, intimate afternoon of scent, ritual and sisterhood. Join Murscents London at Hablo Studio, a Somali-owned space, for a hands-on workshop where you’ll learn the art of making uunsi (bakhoor). You’ll blend your own and take it home. Murscents has been crafting homemade bakhoor since 2020, and this is your chance to meet the woman behind the brand and the community around it. As you arrive, you’ll be welcomed by the scent of Murscents. Then settle in with Somali tea or matcha and a selection of carefully curated desserts while you create. What’s included: • A guided, hands-on uunsi-making workshop led by the founder of Murscents • Your own handmade uunsi to take home • Somali tea and matcha • Curated desserts and gifts • A goodie bag to take home Only 15 spaces are available to keep the afternoon small and personal, so book early. Bring a friend, make something beautiful together, and leave with more than a scent.
