Interactive Workshop: Creating Psychological Safety for Leaders - delivered by Pablo García Estévez, DTM Who makes it safe for the leader to say, ‘I don’t know’? We often expect leaders to create psychological safety for others, but rarely consider what helps them ask for support, acknowledge mistakes and learn. Drawing on his experience as a psychologist and Toastmasters leader, Pablo will guide participants through the MIND framework using realistic club situations. Through reflection and discussion, participants will identify practical ways to support honest conversations while maintaining accountability, and leave with one action to try in their own leadership relationships. Join the workshop and learn - • Why important concerns can go unspoken around leaders, and how to make room for honesty without lowering expectations. • A practical 4-step framework (MIND) to design psychological safety for the leaders around you. • Why "being supportive" isn't enough and what specific actions actually make a difference. • How to create a culture where courage, honesty and growth replace performance, silence and burnout.
