We wouldn't look at the fruit on a tree without considering its roots, the soil, its environment and the wider ecosystem it belongs to. So why do we so often look at ourselves as though we exist separately from the systems that shaped us? Family & Systemic Constellations is an experiential way of exploring the relationships, experiences and patterns within our families and wider systems, and how these may continue to shape our lives today. What we'll do This is a 90-minute experiential introduction, so we won't spend the whole session sitting and talking about constellations. I'll introduce some of the foundations of systemic work and guide you through simple embodied exercises that allow you to experience some of these principles for yourself. You don't need any previous experience of constellations and you won't be expected to share personal information with the group. Part of Back to Nature Fest 26 This workshop takes place as part of Back to Nature Fest 26, a day of nature, creativity, wellbeing and community in the Monmouthshire countryside. Alongside talks and workshops, the festival includes yoga and movement, willow weaving, drumming, cold plunge, foraging, wand making, independent stalls and other experiences throughout the day.
