Labeada® dance class

Labeada is a low impact dance class, designed to be fun and low impact for women. Welcome to Labeada® a low impact dance class, inspired by martial arts, belly dance, hip-hop, disco, country and latin. It's fun, easy, and designed for the female body post exclusive anatomical experiences such as childbirth or menopause! Labeada® is inspired by Martial Arts, because of the mindset as much as the moves! Throughout your Labeadic journey you will strengthen your character, your self-control, your discipline, and effort, as well as your reflexes! just as you will enjoy the feminine sensuality and fun of various dance genres. We would like you to join an in person class, as Labeada is about TOTAL FITNESS as it is so important to talk to others, laugh with others, re-connect with others, and build relationships. Labeada is a community, and you are an important part of that community. This class is held at Labeada® head office! which means you also get to enjoy the Labeada® lounge, a relaxing space to change your shoes, have a natter either side of the class (which lasts 40-45 minutes). See you soon!
